tanghstipu provides mobile pet grooming and care services in the Bristol area. Our services include grooming, bathing, nail care, and related pet care activities delivered at customers' homes.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us via email.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.
Appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment time.
You must inform us of any health conditions, allergies, behavioural issues, or special requirements your pet may have before the appointment. Our services are not a substitute for veterinary care.
We recommend that all pets are up to date with their vaccinations. Please inform us if your pet is not vaccinated or has recently been unwell.
If a pet displays aggressive behaviour that poses a safety risk to our staff, we reserve the right to discontinue the service. In such cases, partial charges may still apply.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and major payment cards. Prices are as listed on our website and may be adjusted based on pet size, coat condition, or additional services requested.
We are fully insured for pet grooming services. However, grooming inherently involves some risks. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure your pet's safety and comfort.
We are not liable for the aggravation of pre-existing conditions, matted coats that require shaving, or skin irritations from existing sensitivities not disclosed prior to grooming.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
